West Bokaro Division of Tata Steel hold tripartite committee meet

Ramgarh , Oct 5:: West Bokaro Division of Tata Steel in collaboration with Directorate General of Mine Safety (DGMS) and Union organized a tripartite committee meeting today at Hotel BNR Chanakya, Ranchi.
The meeting was held for the unions of three divisions of Tata Steel – OMQ Division, West Bokaro Division and FAMD and their respective locations.
 During the meeting, key points related to technologies used in opencast mining and ways to enhance workplace supervision were discussed, in which the participants also shared their valuable suggestions.
The meeting was chaired by SD Chiddarwar, Deputy Director General (SEZ), Additional Charge, and DB Sundara Ramam, Vice President, Raw Materials, Tata Steel along with Anurag Dixit, General Manager, West Bokaro Division, Atul Kumar Bhatnagar, General Manager, OMQ Division.  and Pankaj Kumar Satija, EIC, FAMD, Tata Steel.

The meeting was attended by around 180 participants from Tata Steel, DGMS and union members.  The tripartite meeting serves as a forum for members to share their views and concerns regarding a safe and productive work environment.
