Jamshedpur, Oct 18: After a long period of suspense and bouts of allegations and counter allegations, the Moharda water supply project lived up to its purpose and residents of Moharda Road numbers 4, 5, 6 and 9 were supplied potable water. Citizens expressed tjheir gratitude to East Jamshedpur MLA Saryu Roy for the various initiatives he had taken to get the over-delayed Moharda water supply project started.
The beautification of areas in and around the project site has also been completed while construction of the Boundary wall of Moharda Odiya School is nearing completion.
The other note of optimism was that Tata Steel Utilities and Infrastructure Services would soon start providing electricity at Moharda.
