Gamharia, Sept 15: Employees of WABCO India Company will get 20 percent bonus this year. The bonus agreement to the effect was signed after an accord to the effect was reached between the company’s management and the employees’ union executives.
WABCO management was represented by Vice President S Ravikumar, VP (HR) Joseph Panakal, General Manager (Operations) Zaki Ahmed Ansari, Deputy General Manager Gururaja CN, Deputy General Manager Gopinathan and Assistant Manager Kumar Raghav while President of Mines Employees Union WABCO Unit cum State President of INTUC Rakeshwar Pandey, Vice President Sukhram Majhi, General Secretary Ashok Kisku, Treasurer Sanjay Jamuda and Executive Member Dinesh Mandal signed on behalf of the Union.
Under the agreement reached in a cordial atmosphere, this year the employees will get a maximum of Rs 27,032 and a minimum of Rs 19,500 as bonus. Yhe bonus amounts will be credited to the employees bank accounts by September 25.
