VYO launches Jamshedpur Chapter, Arun Adesara appointed president

Jamshedpur: In a remarkable initiative aimed at strengthening cultural heritage, fostering community service, and nurturing spiritual development among the youth, the Gujarat-based Vallabh Youth Organisation (VYO) inaugurated its new chapter in Jamshedpur. The event was held at the Gujarati Sanatan Samaj in Bistupur in the divine presence of Vaishnavacharya Param Pujya Pad Goswami 108 Shri Vrajrajkumariji Mahodayashri, whose blessings marked the auspicious beginning of the new chapter.

A large number of devotees gathered for the inauguration ceremony, where the city committee of VYO was formally announced. The new committee includes Sanjay Shah and Bipin Adeshra as trustees, with Bhavana Shah as the incharge guiding the chapter’s operations. Arun Adesara will lead the organisation as president, supported by general secretaries Jatin Ranpara, Milan Adesara, and Rajendra Dholakia. Kamal Makati has taken charge as joint secretary.

The vice presidents of the main wing are Deepak Taunk, Jayesh Amin, Atul Adesara, Ashish Ranpara, Hitesh Raja, Prabir Patel, Hitesh Shah, and Vivek Parikh. Financial responsibilities will be handled by Nitesh Shah as treasurer and Dinesh Vagadiya as joint treasurer.

The women’s wing will be led by Gita Vagadia as president, with Dipali Shah and Dhara Shah serving as general secretaries. Alpa Shah will function as joint secretary, and the team of vice presidents includes Nimila Patel, Sonali Ranpara, Kanak Adeshara, Vinita Shah, Nili Adesara, and Alpa Parikh. Dipti Raja has been appointed as treasurer, while Namrata Patadia will serve as joint treasurer. Chhaya Parikh has been given the responsibility of education head.

Addressing the gathering, Reema Adesara, said that the organisation is working across more than 46 countries to keep the Vaishnav tradition alive while inspiring youth to serve society with cultural and spiritual values. She highlighted that VYO is involved in diverse fields including religious awareness, cultural promotion, health camps, educational assistance, tree plantation drives, orphan support, and cow protection.

Reema added that under the divine guidance of Pujya Pad Goswami 108 Shri Vrajrajkumariji Mahodayashri, the organisation has become a beacon for youth seeking to contribute positively to society through devotion, discipline, and service.
