Jamshedpur, March 25: Vireshwar Sharan Srivastava, 76, father of Dr Alok Kumar Srivastava, well-known neurologist of Tata Main Hospital, passed away on Tuesday. He resided with his son at Road No 11 in Adityapur. He was cremated at Parvati Ghat, Bistupur, this evening. A large number of family friends, well-wishers and doctors attended the funeral procession. Late Srivastava had retired from the Town Electric Division of Tata Steel. He is survived by a large family.
