Jamshedpur, March 25: A flying squad of Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) sealed a building at Kharkai Link Road, Bistupur, belonging to Prakash Tiwary and Jagmohan Tiwary. It was led by JNAC City Manager Sonal Singh Chouhan. It comprised Junior Engineer MK Pradhan, Tax Daroga in-chrage MKL Das and Vinod Tiwary. The JNAC officials said the building was built without building map approval.
