Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Kshatriya Sangh, Kadma unit, celebrated the victory day of Vir Kunwar Singh at ECC Flat Club House, Kadma, on Saturday.
The chief guest of the programme was VK Singh, former vice president of Tata Steel. Assistant sales tax commissioner BP Dev and Jharkhand Kshatriya Sangh president Shambhunath Singh.
