Jamshedpur, Nov. 15: Vinay IAS Academy, institute for preparation of civil services, banks and other competitive exams on Tuesday celebrated Birsa Munda Jayanti on the occasion of Jharkhand Foundation Day.
At the event different batch of students an essay competition on ‘Birsa Munda Ek Jan Nayak’.
Jyotsana Jha was awarded the first prize while Kajal Kumari bagged the second prize. Earlier, Vinay Singh, director of Vinay IAS Academy, garlanded the portrait of Birsa Munda.
Addressing the gathering, Vinay Singh said, today’s youth should imbibe on the sacrifice he made.
Students of various batches participated at the event dressed according to Jharkhand culture.
