Jamshedpur, Sept. 24: Ganga girls batch of Vinay IAS Academy, institute for preparation of civil services, banking and other competitive exams, organised a discourse on the Indian Hindi poet, essayist, patriot and academic Ramdhari Singh ‘Dinkar’ on Saturday.
The event was inaugurated by Vinay Singh, director of the Academy by offering floral tributes to the portrait of Ramdhari Singh Dinkar.
Jyotika and Aliya of the batch informed about the compositions of Dinkar, considered as one of the most important modern Hindi poets, At the event Sheetal, rashmi, Puja, T Vani and others expressed their views.
The academy will also organise a essay writing competition on Ramdhari Singh ‘Dinkar’ on September 26 were the best will be awarded.
On the occasion Vinay Singh said, Ramdhari Singh ‘Dinkar’ had his full support in making the Hindi language reach new heights and todays youths should take a cue from his life.
