Jamshedpur, Jan 28: The 75th Sri Dharma Saastha Preeethi celebrations commenced today evening at Sri Uttara Sabarimala Dharma Saastha Temple with Sri Vigneshwara puja. Later on PN Sankaran, Chairman of the Managing committee of the Temple performed Maha Sankalpa puja under the guidance of Brahmashri Vijaya Bhanu Ganapadigal and in the presence of 22 Ved Pandits.
As part of this, Sri sought permission from Maha Ganapati, Sri Dharma Saastha and Sri Kartik to perform various pujas and havan for the next 16 days. Today’s puja and archana ended with Maha Deeparadhana for all the deities. Later on the members of the managing committee distributed prasad to the devotees who visited the Temple today to witness the pujas.
