DBMS Kadma organizes inter school event, 750 students from 19 schools participate
Jamshedpur, Aug 7: DBMS Kadma High School organized inter-school event, SCI-COM, in the school premises.
The inauguration of the program took place in the school auditorium, KALAKRITI, with Sunita Sinha, Creative Director of Mount Litera Zee School, former Principal of DBMS Kadma High School, and Gulmohar School Telco, gracing the event as the chief guest.
750 students from 19 renowned schools in the town participated in the event. The competition was exclusively for students from class IX and XII of both science and commerce streams. The host school organized 10 different events, including quiz, model making, rap, etc., which were executed exceptionally well.

The highlight of the program was the Ramp walk and the Folk Dance, which received great applause from the audience. The events were judged by esteemed professionals from various fields in the town.
The Overall Champions Trophy was won by Vidya Bharti Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Telco, for their exceptional performance across multiple events.
Hill Top School secured the 1st Runner-up Trophy, while Motilal Nehru Public School (MNPS) bagged the 2nd Runner-up Trophy. Additionally, KPS Burmamines received the award for the Most Disciplined School.
The event was graced by the presence of various dignitaries, including Managing Committee member B Chandrashekhar, Chairperson-Finance DBMS BOT, Anita Ramkrishna (Hony. Secretary), Bhuvana Krishnan (Treasurer), Gurpreet Bhambra (Principal), Vice Principals Suparna Roy and S Shireen, Coordinators Malini Ashok and Banazir Gulshan, HODs, and teachers.
The program concluded as a grand success, leaving all participants and attendees delighted with the enriching experience.
