Jamshedpur, Dec. 19: A mega online inter school event ‘BLAZE’ was organized by S.D.S.M. School for Excellence on December 18 and 19. A total of 18 schools from all over the country participated in this event. Ten events were held during two-day contest which was attended by 192 participants.   Â
Colourful Caveli (Rangoli), Pertinent Prashnottari (Online Quiz), Attractive Aakriti (Pencil Sketch), Variant Veshbhusha (Fancy Dress), Awesome Anshubhashan (Just A Minute), Adaptable Adhiniyam (Character Enactment), Neoclassic Nritya (Solo Dance), Regard Before You Discard (Best Out of Waste), Rhythmic Raga (Solo Song), Enchanting of Bhagwad Gita (Geeta Chanting) were held.
The students participated enthusiastically making this virtual event a grand success, in addition to that judges from abroad appreciated the discipline maintained by the participants. They also reiterated that this kind of programme would enhance the overall talents of the students which would benefit them in future to combat the challenges ahead.
Principal Moushumi Das encouraged the participants and the respective incharges by her motivational speech that actual growth is in collaboration but not in competition. She also stressed upon that this sort of programme enhances the atmosphere of congeniality and the vision of the Blaze in future. The event was a grand success with the dedicated efforts of various incharges of the events of the nationwide schools and the sincere acceptance of the judges from India and Abroad. Overall Champions Trophy was bagged by Telco based Vidya Bharti Chinmaya Vidyalaya. 1st runner up position was secured by Little Flower School while 2nd runner up was Tarapore School.
