Noamundi, June 22: Noamundi Police on Monday launched surprise vehicle checking drive at Noamundi Police Station Area.
Documents and driving licences of around 150 vehicles were verified by the police officers. The police found many vehicles without proper papers.
PS office in-Charge Digvijay Singh said that the concerning vehicles were penalised as per the rules and have taken many vehicles in custody.
