Ved Pandits perform Maha Rudra Yagna at 75th Saastha Preethi celebrations

Jamshedpur, Jan 30: At the ongoing 75th Saastha Preethi celebrations at Sri Dharma Saastha Temple today the pujas started with havan for Sri Maha Ganapati on Monday morning. 

Later, the visiting Ved Pandits performed 22 kalash sthapana for the deities of the Temple.  They also performed Maha Rudra Yagna for 11 times which will be held till 2nd February 2023 with all of them chanting Rudram, followed by jaap.  After performing maha arati for the deities, prasad was distributed to hundreds of devotees by the managing committee members.  All the pujas have been performed under the guidance of Brahmashri Vijaya Bhanu Ganapadigal and P N Sankaran, Chairman of the Temple.

In the evening Krama archana was held and the Ved Pandits also chanted Vedas.
