Jamshedpur, Dec. 13: Jusco School, Kadma celebrated the 14th annual sports day at the premises of Jusco School South with much fervour and passion. The chief guest of the event was AF Madon, administrator, JEM Foundation. The activities started with the unfurling of the school flag followed by the march past by the students representing five houses- Prithvi, Agni, Vayu, Jal and Akash.
The march past was followed by the lightning of the torch and releasing of baloons to mark the expression of joy.
The pre-primary students enthralled the audience with their fun-filled races which included ready to party, ready to school, blowing the baloon race etc. Various track events were organised for the students. A spectacular saree drill depicting the five elements of the earth was presented by the students of 4,5 and 6.
There was also an archery demo, taekwondo demo and yoga performance. Vayu House was crowned the overall champion and Akash house ended as runners-up.
