Jamshedpur, July 21: International Vaishya Mahasammelan Mahila Manch held its meeting on Saturday. Present on the occasion state president Mohanlal Agarwal said, the organisation role has become important in every sector.
All the Vaishya components either men or women will have to brought on a single stage and ensuruing their partcipation is the top prioroty of the organisation.
Agarwal further said that members of the organisation are playing a vital role in spreading the word. The meeting held at Bhamashah Club in Govindpur was headed by Kolhan division patron Sunita Shah who is also a Zila Parishad member. Addressing the gathering, Sunita Shah said, today women in large numbers are particpaing in the social work which is a positive sign for the organisation on the whole.
Jaya Sahu said we should ensure our participation and help develop our society and country. At the meeting Govindpur committee was formed were Anita Devi was made the president, Meera Devi and Rekha Devi the vice president, Seema Prasad was made the general secretary, Indu Devi and Rekha Devi the secretary, Sheela Devi was made the organisation secretary while Pramila Devi was appointed the treasurer. Kiran Devi, Bindu Devi, Dipti Devi, Rekha Devi, Juli Devi, Devanti Devi were appointed the working committee members.
