Usha Singh nominated IHRA general secretary

Jamshedpur: Usha Singh has been nominated as the national general secretary of International Human Rights Association (IHRA) by the founder president of the outfit Dr David Raj.

The announcement was made during a programme organized on Tuesday in New Delhi.

Speaking on the occasion, Raj said there was need for coordination among the judiciary, executive and the legislature. He said all members of the outfit worked under the set norms aiming to ensure coordination between the three organs of the government.

Usha Singh said she would try her best to carry out the responsibility assigned to her by the organization. She was earlier the state president of IHRA�s women�s cell.

Members of IHRA�s women cell congratulated Usha Singh on her nomination. The outfit members held a meeting on Tuesday at Dimna Road, Mango.

Among those present on the occasion included Chandana Chatterjee, Prabha Tiwary, Malti Tiwary, Alisha Tirkey, Shalu, Nishant, Shashi, Rashmi, Shobha, Dharmapal, Uma Koda, Harjeet Kaur, Geeta Aida and Guruwari.
