UCIL employees get first instalment of bonus

Jadugora: The first instalment of bonus of Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) employees was sent to their bank accounts on Wednesday. This year, the contract workers employed in cleaning jobs have got Rs 7000 in bonus. The amount sent today is Rs 3500. An equal amount would be sent to the bank accounts of the eligible workers during Makar Sankranti, sources said.

The district vice president of Mukhi Vikas Samiti Tikki Mukhi said the union had succeeded in getting double bonus for the workers. He thanked the CMD of UCIL Dr CK Asnani for the bonus settlement.
