Jaduguda, June 27: In a significant development, Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL) recently witnessed a large-scale transfer of eight officers who have been promoted to new positions. This marks the first time such a comprehensive transfer has taken place within UCIL. The officers have embraced their new responsibilities with dedication and commitment, contributing to their respective roles.
According to an office order issued on June 24 by Rakesh Kumar, DGM of UCIL (Personnel), Kishor Bhakta, the Mines Manager of Banduhurag Uranium Mines in Seraikela-Kharsawa District of Jharkhand, has been transferred to Tumma Palli Uranium Project in Andhra Pradesh. He has been entrusted with the crucial responsibility of Mines Agent.
Among other transfers, Abhishek Anand, the Superintendent of Mahuldih Uranium Mines, has been reassigned to Banduhurag Uranium Mines in Seraikela-Kharsawa, where he will assume the position of Mine Manager. Similarly, K K Rao, DGM cum Mine Manager of Tumma Palli Uranium Project in Jaduguda, has been transferred as the ISO Head of all UCIL units. Additionally, NVVS Babu, the Additional Superintendent of Tummapalli Mines, has been appointed as the Mine Manager of Tummapalli Uranium Project. Manoranjan Mahali, DGM cum Mines Manager of Narva Pahar, will take over as the agent of Narva Pahar Mines. In his place, SP Tambad, the Additional Superintendent, has been promoted to the position of Mines Manager at Narva Pahar Uranium Project. Furthermore, Siddharth Singh, the Assistant Manager at Bagjata Mines, has been relocated to Bhatin Mines, where he will assume the workload of the Mine Manager. SG Ishwar, the current Mine Manager at Bhatin Mines, has been transferred to Narva Uranium Project and will serve under the guidance of Mine Manager SP Tambad.
