Jamshedpur: Tata Workers Union president R Ravi Prasad has filed his reply in connection with the counting of votes in the Jharkhand High Court.
The hearing in this case would be held on 22nd August. The union elections were held in March 2015 under the supervision of the then DC of East Singhbhum Dr Amitabh Kaushal on the directive of High Court.
After the polls, the former TWU president Raghunath Pandey, former vice president Bhagwan Singh and others had filed a writ petition in the HC after accusing the opposition faction of carrying out secret counting of votes.
Union general secretary BK Dinda said he had no official information about latest reply filed by Prasad.
