Chandil: Two youths were severely injured in a collision between a truck and a two-wheeler near Chowka on Saturday.
The victims, identified as Nikhilesh Tirkey and Flaxis Lakra, were taken to MGM Hospital for treatment. Sources said the mishap occurred around 5 am when the truck knocked down the two-wheeler at high speed.
The two-wheeler was dragged to some distance by the truck.
The victims were severely injured in the incident. Police have seized both vehicles and lodged a case against the truck driver.
