Jamshedpur: A strange incident took place at Gamharia where in two girls were found hanging from a single trap in a room. The police are engaged in finding out what led to the incident. The victims used to live in a rented house. Both of the girls were living in a house of rent from November 23 this year at Gamharia. The girls had bolted the room and sensing trouble the locals informed the police.
When the police reached the spot and broke the door and entered the room, it was frightening. They were residents of Baripada in Mayurbhanj district of Odisha. One was named GudiyaPatro. She was 21 years old. The name of the second girl was RashmitaNayak. She was 20 years old. Police said that it is obvious that the case is of suicide. Since the door of the room was locked from within, so the needle of the screech does not rotate anywhere. However, they will probe as to what led to tragic end.
