Seraikela: A team of district administration led by the district mining officer of Seraikela-Kharsawan, Sanjeev Kumar, conducted a raid at a sand mining spot in Seraikela on Wednesday and confiscated illegally mined sand. An FIR was lodged against the accused persons for mining sand without permission. Kumar said the campaign against illegal mining would continue indefinitely.
