Two Adhunik employees felicitated by Jharkhand govt

Jamshedpur, May 2: The department of Labour, Employment and training, Seraikela-Kharsawan felicitated two employees of Adhunik Group on the occasion of Labour Day on Tuesday. The department was celebrating International Labour Day to honour labours of the territory.

The Adhunik Alloys & Power Limited, Kandra, employee Azad Shekhar Singh of DRI department and Orrisa Manganese and Minerals Limited employees Amit Gayen of Mechanical department were recommended by company management to receive honour from the Jharkhand Government.

The felicitation function was organised at the community hall premises at Seraikela wherein seven other employees from the various fields was also honoured by Laxman Tudu, MLA, Ghatshila. Tudu was the chief guest on the occasion while Shakuntla Mahali, President, District Council was the guest of the honour. Both of the guests presented �shawl� and certificates for meritorious services towards company.

This honour will definitely boost up moral of awardees and they will inspire other employees also to work harder with all devotion and honesty,� said Sanjay Kumar Shrivastava, Head, Human Resource of the company.

Both of the employees Azad Shekhar Singh and Amit Gayen expressed their gratitude towards management of the company and labour department for judging and considering them for this great honour.
