TSDPL employees honored for ‘job for job’ scheme

Jamshedpur, August 1: Tata Steel Downstream Product Limited (TSDPL) honored three employees who benefited from the company’s ‘job for job’ scheme. Siddheshwar Shukla and Santosh Pandey from the CR Plant, along with Jogeshwar Mahato from the Bara Plant, were honored after securing jobs for their children through the scheme.

The farewell event was held at the Bara auditorium, where the management and union presented the retiring employees with garlands, shawls, and gift vouchers. The program, organized by trainee HR Shreya, was attended by GM Ashwani Kumar and Union General Secretary Aman Kumar. Kumar praised the retiring employees for their service and expressed hope for a fulfilling future for them and their families.

The sons of the three employees have already begun their onboarding process. Both management and union representatives, including Anand Vivek, Priyanka, Sachin Jha, Aman, Sachidanand, and others, were present to honour the employees and extend their support.
