With trophy secured, TFA to play against HFC today

Jamshedpur, April 28: With 10 points from four games and a hat-trick of wins the Tata Football Academy (TFA) side is all set to hold the championship trophy during their final encounter against the Hindustan FC on Tuesday at the Keenan Stadium.

TFA will be crowned the winners if they manage a draw also but they will not take anything less than a win in the final match.

After the last match against Sesa Goa the hosts are top of the table with 10 points while East Bengal is second on the list with 7 points and if the Bengal side wins the final match on Tuesday slated against Shillong Lajong they will end up with 10 points and will be behind TFA.

After making all the calculations it seems pretty much clear that TFA will hold the winner�s trophy. Other matches on the day include Sesa Goa taking on Navi Mumbai at JRD Tata Sports Complex at 3.30 pm.

Neeraj Kant, MD (ISWP) will be present as the Chief Guest in the morning of match between Shillong Lajong Football Club and Kingfisher East Bengal at JRD Tata Sports Complex at 8.00 AM on Tuesday.

Prize distribution ceremony will be held tomorrow after the completion of match between TFA & HFC at Keenan Stadium.
