Jamshedpur, April 28: A blood donation camp was organized by the Interact Club of Govind Vidyalaya at the school premises in Tamulia on Monday.
Total of 25 units of blood was collected where students, teachers and parents donated their blood. Also present on the occasion Director of the school Dr. BD Sharma appreciated the blood donors and requested them to work in favour of the society and continue donating blood in near future.
Earlier in the day the camp was inaugurated by Chief Guest for the occasion VK Kohli while Principal of the school Dr. Sunita Sinha was the first to donate the blood.
Welcome speech was given by Debjani Banerjee. At the camp Vice-Principal Krishna Modak and Mouli Majumdar, Public Relation Officer Rajesh Sharma, teachers and members of interact club were present.
