Ranchi: Minister K N Tripathi has been appointed Chairman of the District Planning Committee of Palamu and Garhwa district under the provisions of the sections 123-130 of the Jharkhand Panchayat Raj Act 2001.
The proposal of appointment had the consent of the Chief Minister. A notification to the effect was issued by Panchayati Raj and NRIP (Special Division) on Saturday.
