Jamshedpur, June 18: Members of International Kshatriya Veerangana Foundation paid tribute to Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi to mark the anniversary of her martyrdom. A programme was organized on this occasion at Baradwari. The chief guest of the programme was Bharati Singh, general secretary of Veerangana. She said the life of Maharani Laxmibai was full of challenges and struggles. The great daughter of India had given a tough fight to British forces and is seen as an ideal by the Indian youths, she said.
