Jamshedpur, March 3: On the occasion of the 177th Founder�s Day celebrations on Thursday, senior leadership of Tata-Robins Fraser (TRF) unveiled two additional channels of communication before a large gathering of its employees for reporting ethical concerns.
The company paid befitting tribute to the city�s founder Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata by launching the new channels of communication, as the Tata Group is known worldwide for being a trustworthy enterprise, which believes in following a very high ethical conduct.
The channels were unveiled inside the TRF works in the presence of a large gathering of employees who had assembled to pay tributes to Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata.
Earlier in the day, TRF employees led by Sudhir Deoras, managing director, and PS Reddy, deputy managing director, PK Tibdewal, paid tribute to the founder at a function held inside Tata Steel works.
During the unveiling of channels of communication function, S Deoras, Pakeshwar Pandey, President, Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union (TRFLU), and RK Rahi urged the employees to �blow the whistle� regarding ethical concerns without fear.
They explained that the Tata Code of Conduct helps to make an enterprise more durable and sustainable and hence every employee must follow it.
