Gamharia: Zila Parishad member Shakuntala Devi inaugurated a 25 KV transformer in Chowra village of Birbans panchayat in Gamharia on Tuesday.
The villagers had long been demanding that a transformer be installed to rid them of the electricity problem.
A large number of villagers were present during the installation of the transformer. The villagers they were now relieved to get their demand fulfilled.
