TMH Jamshedpur opens Healthy Hub

Jamshedpur, July 11: Tata Main Hospital (TMH) has opened the Healthy Hub within its premises, offering a diverse range of healthy food options for everyone at TMH.

This initiative aligns with TMH’s commitment to promoting healthy eating habits for all. The Healthy Hub was inaugurated today by Dr. Sudhir Rai, General Manager Medical Services, Tata Steel, marking a significant milestone in the hospital’s dedication to fostering a healthier community.

“The opening of the Healthy Hub is a significant step in our ongoing efforts to encourage healthy lifestyles among our patients, staff, and visitors. By providing access to nutritious and delicious food options, we aim to support the overall well-being of everyone at TMH,” said Dr. Rai.

Present during the inauguration were Dr. Vinita Singh, General Manager Medical Services (Designate); Tata Steel, Dr. Ashok Sundar, Chief Consultant & HOD, Medicine, Medical Indoor Services, TMH; Mukesh Agarwal, Chief HRBP Steel, Jamshedpur and Chief Wellness Officer, Tata Steel; along with the TMH medical team and employees of Tata Steel.

Established in 2018, the Healthy Hub is renowned in Jamshedpur for its commitment to serving delicious and nutritious food and beverages. The hub’s offerings include fruit cocktails, snacks, sprouts, boiled eggs, salads, and sandwiches, all designed to help prevent and control various health issues such as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, and other lifestyle-related conditions. Located in the OPD Complex, just opposite the pharmacy counters on the ground floor of TMH, the Healthy Hub’s focus on healthy eating aligns perfectly with TMH’s mission to promote overall well-being in the community.
