Titan executives visit Tata Workers Union office for interactive session

Jamshedpur, June 8: In a significant display of collaboration and engagement, top officials from Titan Company, Bangalore, visited Tata Workers Union (TWU) Office today for an interactive session with Union officials. The delegation consisted of Shankar G, Head Employee Relations; Murugan M, Group Manager HR; and Renjith, Head HRBP (Jewellery). The visit was facilitated and accompanied by Tata Steel officials, Sri Utkarsh Bhardwaj, Head HRM IR & Rewards (NOPR), and Sudhir Kumar Singh, Head HRM Joint Consultation.

The interaction took place in the Conference Room, where the visiting team was warmly received and presented with bouquets. The session commenced with a screening of a film showcasing the rich 100-year history of the Union and the Company, which was highly appreciated by the entire team. The delegation also took the opportunity to visit notable locations within the premises, including the Michael John Auditorium, V G Gopal Heritage, and the MJC Library.

During his address, Sanjeev Kumar Choudhary, the President of the Union, extended a warm welcome to the guests and emphasized the paramount importance of joint consultation and the collaborative working system practiced at Tata Steel. G. Shankar, in his speech, expressed deep appreciation for the work of the Tata Workers’ Union, acknowledging it as one of the world’s most prominent and historic unions.

The event saw the presence of several distinguished Union officials, including Shailesh Kumar Singh, Deputy President; Shatrughna Kumar Roy, Vice President; Sanjay Kumar Singh, Vice President; Sanjeev Tiwary, Vice President; Saroj Kumar Singh, Assistant Secretary and Ajay Kumar Chaudhury, Assistant Secretary.
