Tiny tots display talent at 7th annual day of Greenfield School

Jamshedpur: Greenfield School celebrated its seventh annual day at the Fasy Auditorium (Loyola School) on Sunday, December 10.

The theme of the event was ‘Love’ where students of the school staged performances showing their love towards their family, love for education, their elders and their friends.

The Pre-School situated at Sonari and Kadma hosted series of events to mark the day. The event kicked off with the silent national anthem staged by 18 KG students.

230 students of both the branches of the school presented cultural programmes in presence of their parents and grandparents and displayed their talent through series of events.

The tiny tots through stage performance tried to give a message to the society. A Hindi dance drama focusing on the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan was staged to make the citizen aware.

The students also made the audience aware against female infanticide through a stage performance and appealed one and all to show their love and respect towards the girl child. The presentation was applauded by the guests and the audience which was present in large number.

Earlier, the annual day was inaugurated by the chief guest for the occasion Rajani Shekhar, Principal, DBMS English School. She appreciated the performances of the students and handed over the certificates to the tiny tots for their excellent academic performance.

Rajani Shekhar urged the parents to show their love towards their children and help them grow up as responsible citizens. Guest of honour for the occasion was Ratnabali Sengupta.
