Jamshedpur, June 5: Mass tree plantation drive was launched in the premises of Tinplate company and its residential areas including Narmada Road, newly expanded area near NP Flat on the occasion of World Environment Day on Sunday.
The chief guest for the occasion was Suresh Paswan, RO, JSPCB along with Rakeshwar Pandey, president tinplate workers union and Tarun daga, managing director, Tinplate company who planted several saplings.
Mr. Paswan expressed his views on environment conservation at the message board. At the event tinplate company officials along with union members and school students were present.
