Three railway quarter encroachers held

Jamshedpur: Three persons were arrested for allegedly occupying railway quarters late Tuesday night. A team of RPF officers arrested the accused persons, identified as Ravindra Mishra, Pradip Kumar and Sukhdev Gagrai around 11 pm. An FIR was lodged against the three.

According to RPF Inspector MK Singh, outsiders residing in railway quarters were earlier given warning to vacate the houses. But despite warning, few people were found to be occupying the quarters, he said.

Sources said a team of RPF officers had recently arrested seven persons from Lal Building Area. The seven were later released on bail, they said.
