MTMC Cadets Sweep NCC ‘B’ Certificate Exam with 100% Results

Jamshedpur: Cadets from Manipal Tata Medical College (MTMC) achieved a flawless 100% pass rate in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) ‘B’ Certificate Examination, with four students finishing in the city’s Top 10. The DG NCC Headquarters, Delhi, conducted the exam for 377 cadets representing nine colleges under the 37 Jharkhand Battalion NCC, Jamshedpur.

Corporal Ashes Mohanta led the MTMC contingent by securing the 1st position in Jamshedpur, followed by Cadet Harshal Dutt in 3rd place. Cadet Anjanesh and Cadet Aisani Sharanya Goswami further bolstered the college’s standing by claiming the 7th and 10th positions, respectively.

Mentorship and Training

The college attributes this academic and disciplined success to its dedicated NCC training team. Associate NCC Officer Lt (Dr.) Neelam Goyal, alongside BCA Vishal Pandey, GCA Kiran Lohra, and ESM Santosh Kumar Yadav, prepared the cadets through rigorous training and mentorship.

Institutional Recognition

Incharge Dean Dr. Harish Chandar Bandhu and Director Dr. (Prof.) Rajiva Dwivedi congratulated the cadets and staff for their hard work. The leadership encouraged the NCC unit to continue upholding the core values of leadership and service in future endeavors.
