Three Naxalites eliminated, significant arms cache recovered in Dantewada

Dantewada: In a significant success for security forces, at least three Naxalites were killed in an encounter with security personnel in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh on Sunday. The Inspector General of Police (Bastar Range), Sundarraj P, reported that the encounter unfolded around 5:30 pm on a hill near Dabbakunna village, situated under the jurisdiction of the Katekalyan police station. The incident occurred as a joint team of security personnel engaged in an anti-Naxal operation in the area.

The decisive action resulted in the elimination of three Naxalites, marking a crucial achievement in the ongoing efforts to combat insurgency in the region. The security forces also seized a substantial quantity of arms and ammunition during the operation, further diminishing the capabilities of the extremist group.
