Jamshedpur, July 31: COVID-19 infection accounted for three more deaths in the city today. Two infected patients died in the course of treatment at Tata Main Hospital while one succumbed at MGMC Hospital.
The first casualty was a 26 year old man who had previous ailments and was admitted to TMH with breathing problems. He died today. He was a resident of Kadma Bhatia Basti.
The other person to succumb to COVID infection was a 51 year woman of Telco Manifit. She had breast cancer. A 52 year old woman of Chhapraiya Mohalla in Jugsalai died of coronavirus infection while undergoing treatment at MGMC Hospital. After the death of a 10 month old infant, the 26 year old young man of Kadma Bhatia Basti was the youngest to die of COVID-19 infection. With today�s death count of three persons, the total coronavirus infection deaths shot up to 33.
