Jamshedpur, Feb 21: Three passengers were injured in a collision of an auto-rickshaw and a pick-up van carrying LPG cylinders near Adityapur Bridge roundabout at Bistupur on Tuesday. They were taken to MGM Hospital where the driver’s condition was reportedly serious. Sources said the victim driver, Uttam Singh, resident of Jojobera, was carrying his passengers to Gamharia from Tata Motors gate. As the three-wheeler came near Adityapur Bridge, the pick-up van suddenly came closer from opposite direction and rammed into it. Uttam and passengers were injured in the incident. The incident led to a road jam for several hours. Bistupur police reached the scene and removed the vehicle from the road
