Jamshedpur, March 25: Police arrested three villagers with Rs 3.80 lakh cash near Galudih Kesarpur police picket in Ghatsila on Monday.
A police team led by SDPO Ghatsila Ranvir Singh stopped the three during vehicle checking drive. The accused persons were on their way to West Bengal in a pick-up van. During frisking, cops found cash on the three. During interrogation, the villagers said they were residents of Odisha and that they were on their way to West Bengal to purchase goats from the local weekly market.
