Jamshedpur: A three-day training program for block level master trainers under the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan commenced at Son Mandap, Sidhgora, on Thursday. The program was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of lamps by District Welfare Officer (in-charge) Sachidanand Mahato, Block Development Officers, and District Level Master Trainers. The training hall was given the form of a traditional courtyard, where lamps were arranged in a circular structure to symbolize participation and collectivity.
Through interactive sessions and activities, participants were introduced to the objectives, goals, and challenges of the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan. Trainers emphasized that the campaign is a crucial initiative for the holistic development of tribal areas, focusing on key dimensions such as education, health, nutrition, livelihood, and social development.

The discussions highlighted the importance of effective implementation through mutual participation and inter-departmental coordination. It was underlined that master trainers will act as the key facilitators, who, after receiving training, will guide other Karmayogis in their respective blocks and take the campaign’s activities to the grassroots level.
Officials noted that the core objective of the Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan is to make the tribal community self-reliant, ensure access to government schemes, and enhance their socio-economic status. The district administration expressed confidence that the trained master trainers would significantly contribute to the campaign’s success and help bring meaningful change in the development of tribal society.
