Three day ‘Tech Root’ fest at Srinath University from Sept 13

Jamshedpur, Sept 11: Srinath University in Adityapur will organize a three day technical festival, ‘Tech Root,’ in its campus beginning Wednesday, September 13 and continue up to Friday, September 15. ‘Tech Root’ will be organized by Srinath University in association with the School of Engineering and School of IT. This fest is the first of its kind being organised in Srinath University.

Interesting competitions in the fields related to but not limited to technology, engineering and computer applications are on the anvil in this Fest.

All competitions will be open to participants from Classes 10 to 12 at the school level as also for students between the undergraduate and post graduate levels of any stream or department. The competitions will include Bridge Kriti, E-games, Treasure Hunt, Meme, Reels and Documentary making among many others.

The main speakers of this three-day techno- extravaganza will be Ayodhya Kumar, Principal of Government Polytechnic College Kharsawan, Professor AK Singh of NIT Jamshedpur and Mrinal Anand, Maintenance Incharge Vevolia Water Technology and Solution. Tech Root, is being sponsored by Adityapur Auto Cluster, S Chand Publications, Agarwal Sales, Global Scientific Department of Geography Srinath University, Ausham and Pride Uniforms.

Shashikant Singh, Head of the Department of School of Engineering, said, “This ‘Tech Root’ Fest is a technology related program and in this event technology related competitions will be organized for the students which will increase their interest in technology and allow their imagination, creativity and interest to grow.”

The Head of the School of Information Technology, Anuj Kumar Pandey, stated, “’Tech Root 2023′ is a festival completely devoted to technology in which students will be able to get acquainted with the multidimensional aspects of technology.”
