Jamshedpur, July 12: Loyola School, Telco, delivered an impressive performance at the CISCE Regional Karate Championship 2026, winning three medals at the competition held at Don Bosco Academy in Digha, Patna.
The championship featured 241 karatekas from the Jharkhand and Bihar region, including 112 boys and 129 girls, making it a highly competitive event.
Among Loyola’s achievers, Srijaya Thakur won a Silver Medal in the Under-14 Girls category, Meghali Dey secured a Bronze Medal in the Under-19 Girls category, and Akash Yadav earned a Bronze Medal in the Under-14 Boys category.
The school management congratulated the medal winners for their outstanding performances and praised their dedication, discipline, and sportsmanship. They encouraged the young athletes to continue striving for excellence while remaining humble and committed to their goals.
The school also acknowledged the contribution of Karate Coach Pritish Das, whose guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support played a vital role in the students’ success at the regional championship.
