Three caught duping village girls in Potka

Jamshedpur: A case of cheating village girls in the name of appointing her as a teacher has come to light in Potka. Police have detained three suspects in this connection.
Sources said three persons, identified as Arun Kumar, Santosh Kumar and Gopal Nayak, approached few girls of Potka and offered to give them teaching jobs in their village. The unsuspecting girls were asked to pay Rs 4700 each in order to secure the job. They were promised a monthly salary of Rs 2000. When they reached Potka block to pay the money, certain block officials found out the fraud. The BDO Kapil Kumar was soon informed about the goings-on. He informed police about the incident. Cops took the suspects in detention for interrogation.
