Jamshedpur: Thousands of workers from Janata Dal (United) and Bharatiya Janata Party gathered at the Adityapur Auto Cluster for a worker conference cum picnic organized by Jamshedpur West MLA Saryu Roy. The event, which saw a large turnout, provided a platform for workers to interact with their leaders in an open and relaxed environment.
MLA Saryu Roy personally met with nearly every worker in attendance, asking about their well-being and fostering a sense of connection. “It’s important to engage with workers directly and listen to their concerns. Their respect is vital for the growth of any party,” Roy shared with the attendees. The workers, in turn, were visibly happy to meet their leader, with many expressing gratitude for the opportunity to discuss their issues.
Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahto also attended the event, accompanied by his supporters. He congratulated Saryu Roy for organizing the conference and took time to engage with the workers, taking pictures and sharing conversations.
Ashutosh Rai, the event organizer, emphasized that workers are the true capital of any political party. “It is essential to respect and value our workers. MLA Saryu Roy has always been available for them, considering them his pride,” said Ashutosh Rai.
Saryu Roy explained the importance of maintaining an open dialogue with workers, especially after the recent election results. “I strongly felt that in order to move forward, we must talk to workers in an open environment and give them the respect they deserve. This is why I decided to organize this conference,” he remarked.
The event featured a lively music and song session, with performances from Devendra Pandey and Chanchala Singh of Sonu Singh Dularua’s team.
