Jamshedpur :JMM students� unit Pawan Singh on Saturday handed a memorandum to the SSP seeking arresting of Naushad who is accused of demanding ransom. He is openly roaming.
The party activists said that though a written complain was given to Telco police but no action has been taken so far.
