Team Ramakrishna Forgings Limited wins gold in National Kaizen competition

Seraikela, March 30: In the 45th National Kaizen Competition organized by CII in Delhi on March 28-29, the participants of Ramakrishna Forgings Limited, a company of industrial area Gamharia, have brought laurels to the district by winning gold and platinum awards. 96 companies from across the country had participated in the said competition which was conducted through online medium.

Two teams of Ramakrishna Forgings Limited participated in the said competition, in which one team was represented by Vivek Kumar and Hariom and the other team was represented by Dhirendu Patnaik, Devbrat and Dhananjay. In this, Vivek Kumar's team won the Platinum Medal in the Innovative Kaizen category and Dhirendu's team won the Gold Medal in the Renovative Category.

In this, Ramkrishna Forging was the only company from Jamshedpur which won this medal. After winning the medals, Vivek and Dhirendu thanked the company management, especially the company’s CPO Shakti Senapati and System Head Umesh Makwana, who inspired them to participate in such competitions.
