Serial thefts in shops at Kandra

Seraikela, March 30: In three shops located near the bus stand under the Kandra police station area, last Wednesday night, thieves broke the shed of the shop and carried out the theft incident. The shopkeepers came to know about this on Thursday morning when they reached to open their shops. The shopkeepers found that they had entered inside by breaking the shed of the shop. He found the cash kept in the shop missing. After this the incident was reported to Kandra police station. As per the information received, one utensil and two general stores of Kandra were stolen by the thieves.

Utensil shop owner Vishwajit Bhattacharya told that two and a half thousand rupees in cash and some utensils etc. were stolen from his shop. Apart from this, one thousand cash and some eatables were stolen from the shop of general store operator Vipin Chaudhary. While one thousand cash was also stolen from another Bal Gopal General Store. Police is investigating by registering an FIR.
