Tatanagar: Chandigarh-Santragachi special train to start May 25, Dibrugarh-LTT on May 27

Jamshedpur, May 25: In a bid to facilitate travel for passengers, the Indian Railways will operate one-way special trains between Chandigarh-Santragachi and Dibrugarh-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus. The special trains will commence their journeys on scheduled dates and will provide a convenient mode of transportation for passengers.

04528 Chandigarh-Santragachi Special, will depart from Chandigarh at 23:30 hrs on May 25, 2023. It will reach Santragachi at 08:30 hrs on May 27, 2023. This special train consists of two AC-3 Tier coaches and fourteen Sleeper Class coaches. Along its route, the train will make stoppages at Purulia, Tatanagar, and Kharagpur in the jurisdiction of South Eastern Railway (SER).

Simultaneously, the 05912 Dibrugarh-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Special train will commence its journey from Dibrugarh at 05:25 hrs on May 27, 2023. It will arrive at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 21:30 hrs on May 29, 2023. The train is equipped with one AC-3 Tier coach, five Sleeper Class coaches, and nine General Second Class coaches. During its course, the train will make stoppages at Kharagpur, Tatanagar, Chakradharpur, Rourkela, and Jharsuguda in the SER jurisdiction. These special trains aim to cater to the travel requirements of passengers, ensuring safe and comfortable journeys. The provision of multiple classes of coaches will allow passengers to choose accommodations according to their preferences.
